Overview These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access and use of Boomer Biz Roofing’s SaaS platform, hosted and operated in Texas, USA.

Account Registration You must provide accurate information and maintain the security of your account credentials. Boomer Biz Roofing is not liable for unauthorized account use.

Subscription & Fees The SaaS service is billed monthly via GHL Pay. Website setup is free as part of our onboarding process. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination.

Acceptable Use You agree not to misuse the platform, interfere with its operation, or violate any applicable laws.

Ownership & Data Rights You retain full ownership of your data. Boomer Biz Roofing may collect usage analytics for performance improvements but will not disclose personal data to third parties.

Service Modifications We may modify, update, or discontinue certain features, but we’ll give reasonable notice when possible.

Termination You can cancel anytime. Termination does not relieve you of any due payments already incurred.

Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent allowed by law, Boomer Biz Roofing is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
